Visitors to Mount Laguna, which is part of the Cleveland National Forest, need to obtain an Adventure Pass if they plan to stop along any forest service road, including Sunrise Highway.

  The passes, which cost $5 per day or $30 for a year, are available online, at forest offices and at county vendors.
